Social Trail Run - Mont Rochelle

This is a ±15km route through the Mont Rochelle Nature Reserve. Water Points: please ensure you bring enough water. There is only one small steam at the 9km mark. There will be two groups: the runners and the hikers. So everyone is welcome.

Please bring the following:

• Windproof/Rainproof jacket
• 2 liters of Water
• Cellphone
• First Aid Kit (Incl. space blanket, plasters, antihistamine and anti inflammatory tablets, pain medication, etc)
• Medical Aid details
• Snacks and food for at least 5-7 hours in the mountain
• Coffee/Tea (optional)
• Sunscreen and hat

*An indemnity form will be compulsory and must be completed before we start.

**Please note that the weather conditions are unpredictable in the mountains, so please ensure your are fully prepared.
